You will apply your craft to create a cohesive digital experience for our employees, vendors and customers. As Product Group Experience Lead, you will be facilitating conceptual and detailed design and UX activities, coordinating work and working confidently up and down the organisation. You will be a member of the Corporate Product & Solution Engineering leadership team and build the Design Thinking and UX capability for the group of products in this scope. In this leadership capacity, you will be contributing to the objectives of the overall product group and expected to be an influencer of Maersk functions to lift the awareness and priority of the employee and user experience.
You will be a part of a product-driven Technology organisation, working in product teams with talented professionals. Your focus will be on delivering a great experience for the users of our internal systems (e.g. HR, Finance, Procurement) working closely with the product teams and business stakeholders in the process. You will be expected to drive a strategic approach to the experience design of the products in the Corporate Products & Solution Engineering, whilst contributing to product delivery including analyzing user behavior to find opportunities for more value.
This will be a knotty, challenging problem requiring system-level thinking. Your ability to coach and foster collaboration will be key, along with an ability to present and defend holistic concepts at the top and bottom of the organisation.
