Danfoss Drives are looking for a Test Engineer who wants to utilize his/her experience in releasing software in a state-of-the-art high-volume manufacturing environment with a large network of stakeholders to help us shape the way we execute and work with production test. As our new Test Engineer, you will be a key person in releasing software within the supply chain and serve as local software coordinator. Furthermore, your key responsibilities will be:
- Continue our Six sigma journey within production test by defining, analyzing and implementing changes to improve first pass yield on 100 fully automated parallel test systems.
- Participate in troubleshooting of test hardware to ensure test capacity.
- Document and hand over best practices to maintenance department and technicians.
- Serve as backup for the Global Supply Chain Manager.
You will be a part of the Production Technique and Quality team that consists of highly engaged, passionate and experienced colleagues. Together we work on minimizing deviations within our production setup to ensure world class quality performance internally, as well as, towards our customers. Background and skillsWe are looking for a candidate with a background as Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer. Furthermore, you need:
- Experience with Six Sigma methodology – Green Belt certification as a minimum.
- Experience with statistics and big data is preferred.
- To speak English fluently, and willingness to learn Danish.
- LabView / TestStand / PowerBI / SQL experience.
- Knowledge of AC drives.
