anfoss Group IT is looking for a Lead Developer who will join us in our digitalization journey and help us deliver on our ambition of being "Easy to do business with”.
The department works with a wide variety of different and challenging tasks and with new technologies. One good example of what we currently are working on, is a solution that fundamentally will change our interaction with our customers on our digital platforms and provide an optimal user experience. Here, we are building a solution that enables single sign on and are giving a single point of entry for our externally faced applications and the realization of our "My Danfoss" vision. Another task could be to create solutions that lead the customer to the right Danfoss products via guided selling.
 
Background and skills
You have a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in software engineering, information technology or another relevant background within IT combined with 3-5 years of experience within software development. Most importantly, you are curious, motivated and you have a strong interest in software development, where you are eager to learn more.  

As a person, you are outgoing, have a strong drive to reach targets and to get things done on time in a busy and dynamic environment. You are self-driven and able to prioritize between important tasks, while at the same time, you also like solving tasks together with colleagues and customers, and you take responsibility for team goals. You are a good communicator and not afraid of having a dialogue with the business.

In addition to this, we expect you to:

 

  • Know how to design and build backend web APIs using .Net Core, REST web services, ASP.NET, NodeJS, and C# with a design-first approach
  • Be experienced with front-end technologies such as React/Redux, Redux-Saga, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Understand application security vulnerabilities and the OWASP security guidelines
  • Enjoy working with AZURE Devops and TDD
  • Help the business in specifying their needs and transform it into technical requirements
  • Be able to work in an agile manner, maybe even in SCRUM teams
  • Have interest in software architecture.
     
Preffered location for this position is Nordborg, Denmark. But Copenhagen, Denmark or Neümunster, Germany is also an option.
