Key Responsibilities

Preparing and executing a comprehensive project plan for an acquisition
Perform comprehensive Due Diligence from an IT perspective
Maintain business continuity during ongoing IT platform mergers
Comply with full project reporting & governance to IMO
Establishing effective stakeholder management with IMO and business teams
Ensure timely delivery of IT M&A projects
Manage IT stakeholders and ensure that deliverables are met
Upon completion transition IT integration projects to Business as Usual (BAU)

•Lead large, complex global projects through the project life cycle; including requirements definition, planning, development, testing, training, operational readiness, change management and ongoing support.
•Assists with managing the portfolio of IT enabled business investments.
•In tandem with the Corporate Development and IT teams, assume a key IT role throughout the entire M&A deal process
•Advises on due diligence, financial modelling, negotiations and overall project execution within a global, matrixed, cross-functional, and at times, cross-business unit environment
•Assess the IT environment of target business via technology due diligence
•Articulate the quality and performance of their IT environment; including security
•Analyse IT costs; including cost synergies that may arise from the merger
•Identifies IT risks and mitigation plans
•Assist with planning and delivery of technology separation of divested businesses
•Plan and execute post-merger technology integration projects

Who we are looking for

More than 8 years of IT M&A integration experience
Experience with management of people
University degree or business school degree in business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field
Management of activities related to IT; infrastructure, security, service management, development, software, risk management and finance
Management of direct and indirect reports for the completion of work under confidentiality, diverse conditions, with aggressive time schedules.

Technical Skills:
?Project planning (e.g. Gannt, Milestone, PERT)
?Understanding of the IT development process (e.g. requirements management, solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, hypercare, BAU)
?IT infrastructure

Business Skills:
?Demonstrated history of leadership; governance and planning: delivery; organizational leadership
?Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
?Good cultural understanding

?Personal Profile:
Positive mind set with the ability to deal with ambiguous situations
?Works well under pressure
?Results-driven and goal-oriented
