Danfoss is looking for an experienced and self-driven Software Developer to join Danfoss District Energy. You will be part of a small department that is responsible for developing solutions for planning and optimization of energy to district heating suppliers, power plants, and other actors in the fast-changing energy market. Our business area and department are both growing rapidly. We service customers in Denmark, Germany, Slovenia, Serbia and Italy, and we experience an increasing interest from many other countries globally.
Our team consist of skilled, motivated and highly specialized people, and we are working with the newest tools for development of Windows applications, services and webservices, mainly programmed in C#.NET.
As our new Software Developer, your primary responsibility will be to develop new solutions, as well as maintaining existing solutions. As we are a small and innovative team, you will also be handling tasks within installation, support and documentation. We offer an exciting and challenging job in an informal work environment. Background and skills
We are looking for an independent and outgoing candidate with a professional mindset towards development and maintenance of software. You should have at least 3-4 years of experience from a similar position where you have developed software in C#.NET. Experience in ASP.NET is an advantage. You have a relevant education in software development and mathematics and you hold a degree - ideally as a computer scientist, software engineer or similar.
