Danfoss Fire Safety is looking for a Service Coordinator to our Customer Center who will be part of a global organization, supporting and coordinating our service technicians. In this role, ou will be responsible for planning, scheduling and following up on our international service & spare parts sales, and you will interact with a team of highly specialized colleagues across customer service, technical support, service technicians and sales.
Your daily tasks will include coordinating travel plans and schedule of the service technicians, coordinating visa and vessel access for the service technicians, control timesheets and receipts from the travels, scan and archive service reports.
Background and skills
You have experience from a technical business environment wherein you were successful in coordinating and communicating with B2B stakeholders. A technical background and experience from the marine industry specifically is an advantage, but if you are a fast learner with a natural curiosity towards acquiring new skills and competencies, another background will also be considered. The ideal candidate will cope well in an informal environment working in a function with a low degree of structure, and he/she can demonstrate:
