Danfoss Editron is looking for a Manufacturing IT Engineer with solid IT competencies and experience within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Manufacturing systems in general. We are assembling a highly skilled and dynamic team to setup and run a world class factory for electrification products in Nordborg. Here, we will be producing new electrification products for a major manufacturer of large vehicles that represents a very important future business for Danfoss. Danfoss Editron develops and manufactures hybrid and electric powertrain systems for the marine, on- and off-highway, and renewables markets based on the unique synchronous reluctance assisted permanent magnet (SRPM) technology. In this role you will conduct all Manufacturing IT activities within the factory and be responsible for manufacturing applications and systems, e.g. MES. Skills and background
To be considered for this role, you should hold a BSc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent plus at least 3-6 years of working experience from a manufacturing/logistic environment within complex IT applications management and business processes. Preferably you are familiar with a MES platform (SAP). Furthermore, you must have good skills in applications management, delivery and support. In addition, the qualified candidate will:
