As the Director Order Management (m/f/d) you will manage and develop the regional customer service teams and implement agreed strategies, processes and activities. To be successful long term, you will create and maintain a performance driven culture and apply our outside-in approach. Together with your team leaders, you will strive to improve customer service to create value selling. Further, you will partner with supply chain leaders to ensure continuous improvement in shared order fulfilment processes. You will deliver input about regional requirements and ensure process compliance through a diverse matrix organization.
In addition to daily activities, you will provide input and recommendation to the requirements for information systems, sales tools, promotional material and offer input to regional sales leadership about customer requirements and market trends. Furthermore, you will drive our digital transformation in customer service and decide where to continuously develop people, processes and organization towards the changing market needs with integral focus to eliminate complexity.
Background and skills
For this role, we require a university degree and fundamental experience in a similar leadership role in customer service. Ideally, you have successfully implemented new processes and lead in digital transformation projects in your area of expertise. As a person you are self-driven with an agile mindset. Additionally, we would like to see:

  • Fundamental knowledge in supply chain / logistics
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization
  • Effective and solution-oriented problem solving
  • Frontline passion to improve the customer experience
  • High degree of business acumen
  • Fluent English and German language skills
  • Willingness to travel
