Danfoss Cooling Systems is looking for a Refrigeration Control Specialist to be part of a highly engaged cross-functional team working with the most advanced products in the refrigeration industry.
Your primary responsibility will be development of specification for new control features supporting the overall control solutions for refrigeration application and developing algorithms in collaboration with the team. We expect you to maintain, specify and develop new control applications for the refrigeration controller product portfolio. Moreover, you will be responsible for the development of dedicated control features as well as to ensure that approaches are physical/thermodynamically sound. More specifically, we expect you to provide a deep insight into the field of refrigeration with a focus on natural refrigerant like CO2 and to take a holistic point of view of the system solution, i.e. the whole eco-system of controllers that help secure the end customer with a comprehensive application solution.In this role, you will work in close collaboration with the software development team and product management.For the right candidate, a different work location might be an option.
Background and skills
To be considered for this role, you must hold a BSc. Or MSc. degree in energy engineering and have a strong engineering background within refrigeration/thermal processes/smart energy systems. You should have experience with writing specification and preferably have technical/field experience with CO2 refrigeration applications. The role requires a professional and proactive way of working, where you must be able to collaborate and contribute within a dynamic self-managed team.
