Within Danfoss Editron we are looking for a Service Engineer (m/f/d). You will belong to the international Customer Service team and therefor will be traveling to our customers all over the globe on a regular basis. Your home base will be our office in Heerenveen in the Netherlands or our office in Nordborg Denmark.
After an extensive training period at the company in Finland you will be responsible for: pre-commissioning, commissioning and service of Danfoss system and technologies for off highway and marine applications. Troubleshooting by identifying failures, adjusting software, attending tests in the customer field (on land and sea) and being able to think logical and understand what impact alterations and or failures have in the entire chain of connected and communicating systems. Testing of installations according to instructions and expected performance requirements. Participating in improvement of new products when performing warranty activities. Ensuring customer satisfaction with job performance as well as through positive interactions with customers. Following all regulations, policies, work procedures & instructions and off course the preparation of Service reports.
