Danfoss is looking for an experienced Business Consultant in SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) to become a member of the Forecast to Produce (F2P) team within the One ERP program. We have a strong team of specialists doing a significant job every day in the One ERP program. We are in the roll-in phase, thus, our focus is (placed) upon the implementation of new tools and processes and the migration of existing data into S/4 Hana and into the Anaplan system. Our new SIOP Business Consultant will be able to complete the implementation of the process(-es) and tools across the Danfoss Group. It will be a key task to secure stabilization of the solution. Finding solutions for new releases, gaps and continuous improvements will also be (main) targets/have focus in this position. The/Your role will be cross stream within tactical planning, therefore, joint tasks in inventory and operation planning will occur with the goal to stabilize and strengthen process and tool documentation. 

The One ERP team is primarily working out of Flensburg, Germany, with some time spend in Nordborg, Denmark. 

Background and skills

To be considered for this position, you need to have solid experience from a SIOP organization, preferably working with the different areas of tactical planning. Additionally, you need to:

  • Be an experienced user in SAP ERP and Excel or similar data processing tools
  • Have a good understanding of tool, process and methods
  • Have on-hand experience in SAP APO, and Business Warehouse 
  • Have experience with statistical forecasting models, inventory SS calculation and production planning
  • Fluency in English – both verbally and in writing
