Danfoss is looking for a Regional HRIS Specialist, who will be responsible for the HR master data structure and correlation between data to different HR platforms, processes and non-HR platforms. This includes quality, accuracy, reporting, timeliness and usability including for core systems and related interfaces. You will have the opportunity to do planning, project coordination and management for the development and operation of our regional HRIS landscape while also facilitating efficient, cost-effective operations to meet current and future business needs within the HR organization through automation, robotics and digitalization.Furthermore, you will be responsible for:
You will primarily be working out of our headquarter in Nordborg, Denmark.Background and skillsThere is more than one way into this position, but in order for you to handle the challenges in this particular job, we expect you to have a relevant education and solid experience within HR and/or IT. You have significant knowledge of HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, Cornerstone on Demand) and Excel, including a strong understanding of HR processes programs and employee master data. You must also have excellent communication and analytical skills.Your track record shows good stakeholder and project management skills: implementing, driving projects and initiatives, demonstrating benefits of projects to the organization, and translating customer and business needs into technical requirements.
