Danfoss Industrial Automation is looking for a Senior Process Engineer with production background to join the department of Process Technology. You will be working in a multicultural environment with highly qualified colleagues from all over the world.As Project Manager, you will, independently, handle a lot of different smaller and larger projects, such as being the supply chain core team representative in product development projects. You will provide input, support and coaching for stakeholders and systematically spread best practice using Lean and the Six Sigma approach along with other quality and improvement tools. You will be responsible for supply chain project milestone deliverables and provide documentation to our quality management system (IATF16949). As of today, the position entails approx. 20 travelling days/year, but it might increase depending on the person hired and the future sharing of tasks in the team.Background and skillsTo be considered for this position, you have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering and at least three years’ working experience, preferably, from mechatronic high-volume production. You have IATF16949 knowledge and are also experienced in equipment specification and software tools for statistic handling e.g. MiniTab. Your success will depend on your ability and fortitude to challenge current state by bringing all your skills from high-volume manufacturing into play and always aiming for quality and the best solutions.
