As Customer Solution Associate at Maersk SCM you will be part of the global A.P. Moeller Maersk Group.
You will be joining a well-functioning, competent and dynamic Customer Service team where the tempo is high, and we focus on having great working environment.
There will be plenty of opportunities to be challenged with both interesting tasks and projects, in a department where the customer is in focus.
You will be working closely together with experienced colleagues to handle many of the different logistics solutions we offer our customers.

We are seeking a candidate that is openminded, service orientated and result driven.
You will be responsible for the overall service and performance of your customers, where some of your tasks will cover; daily contact with customers, carriers, vendors and colleagues both locally and globally.
We expect you to have a background from the freight forwarding or shipping industry where you have experience working with global Supply Chain Management solutions.
You seek challenges and handle them independently and structured. You have an eye for details and are driven by results.
You are also a team player with a “can do attitude” and customer centric mindset.
You are fluent in Danish and English, both verbally and written. A Flair for Excel and EDI-solutions are an advantage.
