Key Responsibilities

• Support development of organisational design; managerial processes and change man-agement framework to HRBPs and leaders, including the development of learning material and facilitation of training sessions
• Drive and leading workstreams for mid-sized organisation structure & design initiatives.
• Facilitating translation of strategy into organisational capabilities through diagnostics, design, delivery, change management and deployment
• Support external consultant participation
• Act as advisor for smaller initiatives
• Identify spill-over effects from organisational design initiatives on areas such as leader-ship, culture and learning and connecting and co-creating solutions with other subject matter experts in Learning and Organisational Development and HR

Who we are looking for

• Experience from HR OD or BP, Strategy, or Consultancy
• At least 2-3 years of experience with organisation design and change management
• Experience from working in a matrix and international organisation
