Danfoss Power Solution is looking for a passionate and highly motivated HR Business Partner, who is seeking new challenges in a global environment. You will actively monitor our business needs to prioritize HR initiatives, that will have the greatest impact to the overall performance of the business.
In this role you will focus on organizational capability, talent management, employee engagement and leadership development within the Controls division. You will act as a sparring partner to our management to support the ongoing organizational development and growth of the unit.
Apart from establishing and executing the full cycle of Business Partnering, you will develop, coach and support the leadership excellence for our leaders in the unit. Among these tasks you will implement the key leadership processes around performance and talent, foster a strong collaboration across the unit itself, as well as participate in cross-organizational projects and continuous improvement.
Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you must have a relevant university degree with focus on Human Resources (or equivalent) and preferable HR Business Partnering experience within a global, industrial environment. Additionally, we are looking for:
