We Offer

  • Defining, implementing and administering tagging across the platform on web and mobile.
  • Creating a series of Dashboards to monitor and track optimisation & performance.
  • Working cross functionally across our Digital teams helping to define data capture/tagging requirements.
  • Supporting & measuring the success of Application delivery using analytics.
  • Analyse marketing data that are produced from various marketing sources (search, display, social, email, etc.) and provide insights & recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expertise across a variety of industry wide analytics tools in particular with Google 360 Suite.
  • Must be able to present data analysis succinctly and effectively to varied audiences (including senior management) throughout the organisation.
  • Strong problem solving/ analytical abilities with the ability to think critically and make actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with setting up Dashboards.
  • Be proactive in identifying and aggregating data from multiple sources.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft office products.
  • Must be self-sufficient and highly self-motivated to excel with minimal supervision.
  • An understanding of complex customer analysis like forecasting, segmentation, propensity to buy, propensity to churn, etc.
  • Experience with A/B Multi-Variant testing.
  • Knowledge and experience with APIs

Who we are looking for

  • Knowledge of development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience of working within an Agile environment.
  • Knowledge and experience within a global, high volume traffic site running 24/7/365
