We Offer

As PMO, you will utilise your strong toolbox to create simple but effectives structures that govern, support and help drive the transformation forward. You will use your stakeholder management abilities to bring people together to clarify scope, manage dependencies, solve problems and seek end-to-end solutions. You will monitor progress, establish leading and lagging indicators to ensure value is realised and engaged with responsible teams to action changes. You will do all of this, working closely with other areas of the Maersk organisation, our technology providers and external partners.
You will be part of a dynamic team of Project Managers, PMOs and Transformation & Change Experts who, working at the center of our transformation, all work to support our business in our strategic goals. No two days will be the same and you will gain invaluable insights and be involved at all levels of the program from the scrum teams working on developing new solutions to the executive level steering committees setting the direction.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will be to:
• Run the PMO for the Future State Operations program, collaborating closely with theTechnology PMO to ensure full alignment for successful delivery
• Establish and drive the core structures and processes that enable us to govern and drive the transformation
• Establish and track leading and lagging indicators and drive necessary corrections based upon performance
• Business case development and value realisation management
• Track progress, risks and issues and drive resolutions with relevant stakeholders
• Support decision-making through analytics and preparation of decision materials
• Lead specific outcomes of the transformation e.g. coordination of implementation efforts

Who we are looking for

• You have 3-5 years’ experience from the consulting industry or similar with experience from a variety of Business Transformation projects
• You have strong PMO/Project management toolbox and you are great at establishing and driving structure
• You are passionate about Business Transformation
• You have a high personal drive and a focus on delivering lasting results
• You have an analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
• You are a strong influencer with the ability to challenge in an engaging and positive way
• You are an effective communicator with sound relationship-building skills with the ability to work across functions and disciplines
• Experience with ERP implementation is a plus but not a requirement
• You are fluent in English both written and spoken
