In line with our growth strategy, Danfoss is recruiting for a Head of Regional HR Operations (m/f/d). We are looking for a strong experienced leader, who will be managing a regional HR team of 28 HR professionals in the Central European Region (CER). We are offering an exciting and demanding role, which is covering a dual responsibility for regional HR Operation activities, as well as acting as the Regional HR Business Partner, providing strategic HR support to the Regional President and the Regional Management Team (RMT). 

The Head of Regional HR Operations has a strong vision on how to pull the group together as one business that supports the strategic vision of the executive team and underpins the people strategy. You are an effective manager with excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop people. You will be driving the HR change management agenda creating new and innovative performance strategies, delivering exceptional results. You will be instrumental in the delivery and implementation of key initiatives within general HR administration, payroll, compensation and benefits as well as employer branding and talent acquisition. Furthermore, you will be supporting talent management activities across the businesses in our Central European Region. 


Your profile

To be successful in the role, we are looking for strong and visible HR leader who can realize a new perspective for Regional HR Ops with a focus on alignment and optimization of processes with increased use of IT tools and self-service options across the region. This new perspective includes the re-building and continued development of the regional HR Ops team to achieve operational excellence in the HR service deliveries. 

The role calls for a holistic understanding of how the key management/HR processes are related to each other and not viewed as a single event and additionally thrive in a matrixed environment supporting different levels of stakeholders. You must have an understanding the regional business challenges and business needs, prioritizing HR Ops initiatives that will have the greatest impact to the overall performance of the business.

  • Open communication style coupled with strong people leadership skills/experience
  • Positive mindset and a “get it done” attitude
