You will join the Northern European Manning Office, a team within the Marine HR functions.

• Responsible for HR and operational requirements for the seafarers under the Northern Europe Manning Office
• Provide support and guidance to the seafarers under the Northern European Manning Office
• Handling employment and contractual queries
• Follow-up on statutory certificates and medical examinations
• Plan office visits, family sailings, visa letters etc.
• Participate in seminars and meetings relevant to Maersk Line
You will assume an active role in transforming Manning Offices into a globally-aligned team through collaboration with colleagues in other locations and the wider Marine HR team.
Your main stakeholders will be the seafarers, our colleagues in Manning Offices globally, Crew Operations and other Marine HR departments.
The ideal candidate has knowledge of, and experience with, operational HR and administrative processes.
You are focused on detail and delivering high quality work, comfortable with multi-tasking, and working in an international environment.
You speak english and danish at a good level.
Crewing industry experience or knowledge of the international maritime industry is an added value.
You possess the ability to have difficult conversations with others and you are easily adaptable and enjoy working with multiple conflicting priorities.
On a rotational basis, you will be responsible for the afterhours duty phone, which includes Next of Kin communication in the event of emergencies. This role requires a responsible person, capable of working well under pressure.
