Key Responsibilities

1. In close collaboration with corporate safety and stakeholders in Maersk develop the safety and business narrative for Corporate and Brands.
2. Lead and coordinate the development of narrative(s)
3. Visualising Safety Culture in Maersk
4. Participate in the development and roll out of our global health and safety Strategy to improve learning and sharing across Maersk
5. In close collaboration with the Brands develop and facilitate their safety narrative
6. To bridge the gap between our Dreams to the Details in relation to safety culture

Who we are looking for

1. High competence in visual narrative building
2. High competence in visualizing learnings from workshops as they happen
3. Shall be able to work independent to search and develop narratives by travelling and having dialogues with important stakeholders
4. Able to analyse data and view processes, office and operational, and convert these into visual narratives – we are looking for strengths, weaknesses and contradictions
5. Excellent skills in stakeholder management
6. Support corporate safety team and top-management team with presentations of narratives and workshops
7. The vision is to develop a learning organization and the visual narrative developer must be able to support this vision
8. Shall be analytical thinking
9. Visualising behavioural design
1. Ability to listen and influence Top-Managers, Middle Managers and Employees (Office and Workers)
2. Enjoys working in the field, on vessels, in Terminals, in Factories, etc. as well as in the Office
3. Resilient, must be able to communicate and discuss, even enjoy tough discussions, with senior leaders and thereby assist people on all levels in the cultural change
4. The role further needs to be a positive influencer
5. Enjoys working in teams as well as independent
