Danfoss is looking for a Talent Management Lead who can design, develop and implement Talent Management processes and programs fueling Danfoss Core & Clear strategy. Furthermore, you will inspire and support Segment HR and Regional HR in driving Talent Management in their area of responsibility and engage with people throughout the organization to foster better Talent Management. Talent management is being understood as high potential identification and capability / career development on one hand and the establishment of talent pools, succession plans and filling key positions on the other hand. You will be based at our headquarters in Nordborg, Denmark and some travel -ling/ time is expected (of you). 

Background and skillsAs an ideal candidate, you have:

  • 5-10 years of experience within talent management or HR business partnering within a global organization
  • Experience in leading people without authority
  • Experience in leveraging HRIS technologies
  • Excellent communication skills; proficiency in both written and spoken English
