Become an important part of the Global Sales and Marketing department
As our new team member, you will become part of a dynamic team, working closely with another coordinator and the Marketing Manager. You have the responsibility for your own tasks, but we are at the same time a very tight team that helps each other out in busy situations. The team primarily works with classical marketing activities like exhibitions, advertising, prints, brochures, fact sheets, videos and hand-outs, and we ensure that they are effective and appropriate for the intended audience. You personally will also be the key holder of our brand center. The center hosts customer visits and tell the spectacular LM Wind Power history in words and pictures, and you will be the one keeping it all shipshape and up to date.
Though belonging to a small team, you will still be part of a larger group of the Global Sales and Marketing department, working from our office in Kolding. You will cooperate closely with colleagues from Communication and Product Marketing functions, and you will get a large network both within our global business and towards external stakeholders.

To succeed in this job, you need a very good business-to-business understanding. You will be given a good introduction to the company and products, and we expect you to have a broad interest in the organisation and in understanding the conditions given, when you are in a business dealing with a few and crucial customers.

Academic background and experience from marketing
English is our corporate language, and we expect your written and spoken English to be impeccable – you might even be a native speaker. Furthermore, the perfect candidate holds:
• A university degree in Marketing or combined degree within marketing and language
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably from a production company
• A strong background in creating graphics and text
• Strong IT skills and experience with software like InDesign and Illustrator
Both written and spoken, you are a very strong communicator with an outgoing personality, enabling you to build and maintain strong networks. You have the ability to gain alignment from your stakeholders, and you find the balance between being a helpful, friendly colleague and a demanding co-worker, able to meet strict deadlines without compromising on the quality of your work.
