Front Office Receptionist, Facility Management, Copenhagen

We are seeking a Receptionist to work as part of the Facility Management team in Copenhagen area. You will provide “front of house” cover to welcome visitors/customers/contractors/deliveries to our buildings, providing professional customer care. You will be working as part of a team offering Facility Management “front of house” services, in a busy and varied company. The role requires an individual who can multitask and work in an environment with many distractions.

We are looking for a smiling customer focused attitude, good sense of humor, and excellent communication skills.

You should be a team-player, who is able to work in a small but busy team, and who is flexible when it comes to working at different Novozymes sites (Bagsværd, Lyngby). Working hours are expected to be in the period from 07:30 - 16:30.

In this position, you need to:

  • Be educated Hotel Receptionist or alike, with minimum of 8 years of relevant service experience
  • Have high experience in relevant software including - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and knowledge of standard office administrative procedures.
  • Have impeccable communication (written and spoken) skills in English and Danish
  • Be proactive, take responsibility and maintain an overview while making clear prioritizations – even during busy times
  • Be Reliable, flexible and adaptable
  • Deliver ‘best in class’ Customer Service and Satisfaction. Therefore, we expect you to be be service-minded, positive and takes pride in delivering a perfect and professional service
  • Conduct back office administrative tasks
  • Follow emergency procedures required and operational controls
  • Operate in compliance with the SLA standards
  • Attend Switchboard/answering incoming calls appropriately
  • Have strong administrative skills and ability to stay organized

Ability to communicate in other languages ex. German and/or French will be an advantage.
