Forensic manager / Internal control / Audit, Risk management and controls, Corporate Finance, Bagsværd

We are looking for a new employee to be part of our Risk Management & Controls, a department with 6 professional and committed colleagues. You will act as One Point of Contact and be responsible for driving fraud cases End to End. Furthermore, you will be responsible for fraud risk assessments, including assessing existing controls and procedures and design of anti-fraud controls/work plans.
You will also drive and further develop the use of data analytics tools, e.g. ACL.
Another key area where you will be responsible is driving Novozymes investigative protocol covering all phases of a fraud investigation and carry-out investigative procedures including preparing and receiving fraud reports.

You will also be responsible for receiving reports of suspicious conduct from our IT security department and approach relevant stakeholders and carry-out investigative procedures if relevant. You will independently ensure senior/expert involvement from General Counsel, forensic experts, auditors, lawyers and relevant people within the Novozymes organization etc. - when necessary.

Overall you must ensure effective prevention, detection and investigation of fraud.
You will also join the team of internal auditors and lead audits globally, mainly within the Finance organization.

You will be part of an international working environment with flexible and balanced working hours. In this position, you should expect 15-20 days of international travel a year. Novozymes offers good career and personal development opportunities.

In this position, you need to:

  • Hold a Master's degree or similar
  • Have at least 5 years work experience from international company and/or Audit company
  • Have in-depth knowledge of internal audit, fraud and forensics
  • Have a professional and analytical approach and extrovert, persistent and social personality
  • Speak and write English fluently
