The position

As Scheduler you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling services related to service, support, install, calibration, validation and maintenance to CooperSurgical customers in Europe and rest of World.

You will be responsible for scheduling site visits and coordinating all resources and communications associated with field service calls for installations and other IVF Equipment service needs. That involves a daily review of all service demands, and based on resource, product and technician availability, as well as customer priorities, you will communicate directly with customers in order to develop and publish a comprehensive service-schedule.

You will be the “face” of CooperSurgical since you will have close and daily contact (by mail or phone) to the customers and stakeholders. You will log all case handling and communication in the CRM system Dynamics.

You will be a part of a team of 3 working in office in Måløv. There can be occasional travel.

Some of your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Evaluate all sales orders that require on-site installation, in that matter assess inventory and technician availability in order for you to plan the service visit
  • Schedule and manage emergency repair visits
  • Adjust or reschedule material deliveries according to the customers’ needs and demands

Your profile

The right candidate is looking for a job with many responsibilities and is eager to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferably you have 5-year working experience as a coordinator/planner in the transport or freight industry. You are used to managing a multitude of internal and external stakeholders’ priorities across tight schedules. You are used to working in and with an international team.

We expect that you are highly articulate, detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills. Further, it is paramount that you are a competent communicator in both speech and writing.

Professional qualifications:

  • Organized, good at following up and working methodically
  • Results and resolution driven with an ability to prioritize while juggling multiple tasks and case
  • Perfect English skills and eventually 2 additional European languages
  • Experience with project management
  • Strong comfort level with Microsoft Office
  • Experienced in using CRM Dynamics & ERP systems, with Navision as a strong advantage

  • Proactive, service minded and determined
  • Good interpersonal and assertive communication skills
  • Positive and a customer service-oriented mindset

Other information

This is a fulltime position at a duration of 6 months. There will be a possibility, that it will lead to permanent position.

Working hours is between 08:00 – 17:00 but will be adjusted accordingly to the tasks and projects.

Salary according to qualifications.

You will be employed by Moment and work for CooperSurgical in Måløv.

Interviews will take place on a continuous basis and the position will start as soon as the right candidate has been found.
