As our new Senior Project Manager for CRM, you will have a dual role where you are the daily project manager for the team of consultants and developers, leading them and the projects in the right direction, and at the same time, you will be driving your own projects and managing budgets, resource requests, project plans and making sure that changes are implemented to the right quality and on time. You communicate with stakeholders at all levels in a global context and are not afraid of taking the lead, making things happen.
Your responsibilities will include: •Being accountable for the execution of the project life cycle and for compliance with forecast, deadline, scope and budget•Conducting risk management and acting on risks•Defining and maintaining the project plan and getting the right resources assigned to the project •Building and maintaining strong relationships with main project stakeholders, sponsors and delivery functions•Preparing and facilitating governance meetings (e.g. SteeCo)•Managing project closure.
Resolving all issues, generating lessons learned and ensuring transition to solution sustainability Enthusiastic and structured project managerYou hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Information Technologies. You also have a solid track record in implementing several projects at the same time in large international companies with global responsibility.You have people management experience from previous jobs and can drive implementation according to the waterfall methodology, but you also have experience with the agile/scrum set-up. On a personal level, you challenge your peers, leaders and stakeholders in your continuous quest for personal development and development of your team. You are pro-active and you have a high drive. You have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of complex end-to-end business processes across different functions. You are a strong communicator and able to keep calm in stressful situations. Fluency in written and verbal English is required. As we work in a global context, Danish skills are not required.
