This position is a part of an important strategic business plan and you will play an interesting role in ensuring that the entire Talent Acquisition team meets the expectations. We have insourced our recruitment activities in 2017, so you will also be a part of a new team, building up the competences and ensuring the relation to our business.One of our senior recruiters is moving into new internal challenges, so we are seeking for his replacement in our team of 8 recruiters, 1 sourcer, 1 EB-specialist, 2 coordinators, 1 trainee and 2 student workers. The team is 'strong' with both individualists and team-players and we have a busy workday with our internal customers and stakeholders. You will be responsible for

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment based on our global processes and in close cooperation with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Effectively creating awareness around employee’s referral program
  • Acting as advisor and process expert while updating job descriptions, identifying key job responsibilities and criteria for success in order to source candidates effectively. Creating appealing job advertisements and posting them to relevant channels
  • Providing effective screening and pre-selection using all relevant tools and conducting initial interviews to increase quality of short list towards hiring managers
  • Scheduling interviews with interview teams and participating on request, always ensuring effective job interviews and assessment against relevant criteria and data
  • Facilitating discussions towards selection of the best suitable candidate, negotiation and offer extension, running background and reference checks
  • Playing an active part and being an ambassador for promoting Danfoss as employer of choice
  • The best possible candidate experience 
  • Cooperating tightly with local HR Operations teams to ensure a seamless handover during the offer process/employment and onboarding steps

 Your profile

  • Graduate with a HR qualification
  • 5-7 years of full life cycle talent acquisition experience preferably within a technical or sales orientated industry or recruitment consultancy
  • Proficient user of recruitment (ATS) systems (e.g. Kenexa/2xBrassring) and MS Office
  • Excellent networking, coaching and communication skills
  • A team player and willingness to support when needed on various recruiting initiatives and projects
  • Self-motivation, strong time management and organization skills
  • Fluent Danish and English language skills, German language skills are also important, if possible
