The demand for sustainable energy is growing and LM Wind Power is part of the success! We therefore need to strengthen our ability to execute throughout the organization. The purpose of your role is to lead, operate and continuously improve Industrialization’s governance structure, program & project portfolio management and strategy processes in a multi mio budget. Industrialization is a global, functional area developing and executing engineering projects within manufacturing equipment, moulds and plants with 170+ employees in Europe, India, China and USA, and this position is located in Lunderskov, Denmark.
You become a vital member of the management team
Referring to Allan Riber, VP Industrialization, your key responsibilities are to ensure transparency, coordination, execution practices and efficiency for Industrialization’s activities - all needed to enable planning, budgeting and documentation of costs. You will be essential for prioritizing and decision-making, and you will establish a set-up providing full transparency. You will become an important sparring partner to the VP, and you will provide analyses for strategic decision-making. In doing this, you will be a strong influencer, and you will be pivotal for decisions in the Industrialization MT. Your key tasks include:
- Actively participating in Industrialization’s management team to develop and execute ambitious strategies for facilities, production and transport technologies
- Defining and operating Industrialization’s governance system and operating model for departments and programs
- Establishing and operating meeting structures in a lean and inclusive way across departments
- Monitoring and executing programs, projects and KPIs to ensure delivery according to plans and commitments including communication across global functions
- Establishing, maintaining and executing technology roadmaps agreed with Sales, Engineering, Operations and S&OP (close cooperation with Industrialization management team)
- Ensuring hour registration, project controlling as well as maintenance of associated tools and processes to ensure transparency of engineering resource utilization

Strong communicator with experience from strategy processes in engineering organizations
You have several years of experience with program and portfolio management in a large international engineering organization. You probably have an MSc in international business or equivalent, and you are familiar with managing projects in fast-paced environments. You have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work through ambiguity to deliver results, and you understand customer needs and marketplace dynamics. It is essential that you have strong interpersonal skills, giving you the ability to influence, motivate and include your stakeholders. Moreover, you have an analytical approach to your tasks, a strong business understanding and a holistic view. Finally, you master English at negotiation level, have diplomatic skills and are able to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
