As a CEO, your main task will be to maintain the company's customer-oriented focus while emphasising leadership, cost effectiveness, profitable growth as well as contributing synergies to the other companies in the Group.
In addition to the daily management of the company, it is important to set the overall direction of the company and ensure that the company has the right competences at its disposal. In addition, you must work actively to develop cooperation with strategic customers, business partners and suppliers.
You will be responsible for securing the structural and organisational framework necessary to achieve the company's growth ambitions through further professionalisation.
The structural platform is in place and implemented. The next step is to utilise it and the opportunities it offers in order to develop strategic initiatives supported by KPI’s that facilitate efficient implementation and tracking of progress.
The organisational platform is also well underway. The top management layer is in place and the executive team is a relatively new one. Therefore, your task will be to create a shared sense of focus and progress across functions.
Focus is also to create the conditions necessary to increase efficiency through standardised processes across the value chain, implement best practice and combine it all in a platform that facilitates scalability and growth.
Commercial and business development profile with execution power
You have a commercial background in international business development. You are ambitious and have the courage and drive to take the next step in your career. You are capable of creating the right conditions in terms of systems, processes and management style. In addition, your personality enables you to create long-term business relationships based on good customer experiences and trust, as you understand how to create synergies internally across functions. You know how to act on the international scene, and you demonstrate situational leadership and behave according to the context you are in.You are analytically strong and have a strategic mindset, and you are able to translate strategy into action and ensure commitment in the organisation. You are robust, persistent, goal-oriented and result-oriented with a high drive and natural clout, and you are a people person. With your inclusive management style, you show the way and spar with your organisation to ensure constant progress and development. In addition, you master Danish and English at negotiation level.
