Then you may be the Strategic HR Director we are looking to hire for K2 Management, which has its main office in Viby near Aarhus.
Drive strategic HR
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the global HR strategy and build the HR function and the required processes to match the needs of the business. You will be responsible for ensuring that the right competences are always available at all levels of the organisation. Acting as a valuable sparring partner, coach and enabler for people managers across the organisation, you will help create a shared management language. You ensure that all new employees acquire the unique DNA and culture of K2 Management through a period of intense growth. Today, the HR department comprises one manager and three employees who are all primarily working with recruitment. Other central areas of responsibility will be to:
- Extend and adapt the HR function to suit the new business context
- Prepare individual leadership development plans
- Drive employee integration in connection with potential future acquisitions
- Ensure a strong talent pipeline
- Lead HR projects supporting the strategy
- Respond and execute on daily HR activities and challenges
HR adjusted to business context
You probably have a commercial degree within organisation and management combined with many years of international experience from a project organisation or consultancy – maybe even as a consultant. You are very business oriented with a solid sense of how and when HR creates value for the business. You are an experienced and empathetic leader, enabling you to put yourself in the leaders' shoes, supporting them in bringing out the best in their employees.
Creating results through others motivates you, and you are capable of actively taking strategy plans through to implementation. You are a great judge of character with an extraverted personality and strong communication skills. You are a natural role model and culture bearer, using your natural authority and clout to engage and inspire people. Furthermore, you possess strong execution skills and you thrive on getting your hands on. Last but not least, you are fluent in written and spoken English.
