Do you have working experience with global HR/Learning Management System (LMS) as well as supporting training coordinators and employees using the system to manage their trainings? Then you might be the Global Specialist, we are looking for in our team. We are a small Learning Management Team in our HR Center of Excellence currently searching for a Global Specialist in Learning Management to help us operate our global Learning Management System.Focus on improvement regarding learning management processes and set-upAs our new Global Specialist, you will be responsible for taking lead on daily operations, support and administration of settings and preferences in the Learning Management System to ensure efficient operation. You will work closely together with training coordinators to gather inputs and requirements for new functionality to be passed on to the vendor.

Your key tasks will be to:

  • Test and validate the Learning Management System during the quarterly release process, leading to a recommendation on how and when to release new functionality
  • Develop guides and execute training to existing and new training coordinators globally
  • Troubleshoot and deep-dive into problems to deliver solutions in cooperation with the global Learning Management Team, the vendor and the training owners
  • Enable the training owners to maintain and utilize the LMS for training delivery and follow-up effectively and with high quality
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all Learning Management System functionality

Team player with excellent customer service skills

You have a higher secondary education and some years of working experience, preferably from working in a global environment managing various stakeholders. As we work in a global environment, you must possess good communication and English skills, both written and spoken, and you must be able to communicate across the organization as needed. You have experience in training coordination and administration using a Learning Management System. Preferably, you have experience in working with training content development processes and content, like SCORM files. On a more personal note, you are a team player, have excellent customer service skills and can work cross functionally with people on many levels in a complex matrix organization. You are goal oriented and work in a structured way that enables you to keep the overview while also deep-diving into solving problems of a technical nature.
