As part of the leadership team, can you develop our organization and culture, our leaders and employees? Beside the functional area you are responsible for, you are also part of a team of functional HR Partners, in Danfoss Power Solutions. We are looking for an experienced HR enthusiast, who will be delivering best practice HR Business Partnering and business-focused solutions to meet the requirements within our organization; actively collaborating with the segment HR Partner Team, our regional HR teams, the competence centers and the rest of the HR community within Danfoss. Leadership consultant, change expert and organizational development coach.

Would you enjoy the overall mission to develop, manage and coordinate a variety of people and leadership-related activities, acting as a sparring partner to our leaders in relation to organizational priorities and in alignment with our global policies? It is a key success criterion that you partake in the main responsibilities of the business and contribute to business decisions. You will act as confident and sparring partner to the leaders in order to enable the strategic growth of organization.

Other responsibilities you will have the opportunity to get involved in:

• Initiate and manage business strategy-driven organizational development• Develop, coach and support leadership excellence• Lead change management initiatives in a complex matrix environment ensuring successful communication and implementation• Participate in cross-organizational project work and continuous improvement• Drive implementation of key leadership processes around performance and talent• Leadership development within the context of our business• Provide guidance on organizational design and identification of strategic key competencies, but also guiding key HR practices by leveraging the entire expertise of our HR organization

Business acumen and interculturally versed

You have a relevant university degree or other substantial (HR) Business Partner experience, minimum 5 years, from a similar position within a global, preferably industrial / engineering, environment. You have an excellent understanding of organizational changes: values, needs, and you can transform this into business focus. You have headed different global initiatives within all the appropriate areas in a global business context. You are experienced to travel and operate in different cultures globally.
