T&L Investment Analysis (IA) to the management reporting to the next level. T&L IA is the focal point in T&L for CAPEX investments analysis, leases and divestment projects, Investment governance and supporting documents for approval to the Investment Committee (IC) members.
This IA role will interact with the T&L IA brand teams, T&L, M&A, senior management team, Risk and Treasury as well as T&L Strategy team. T&L IA needs to ensure close cross-team and cross-brand cooperation to ensure investment projects are considered from all perspectives and benefit T&L from a profit, cost, revenue, strategy and a commercial perspective.
As a senior investment advisor, you will work with multiple aspects of T&L Investment Practice; developing business cases, modelling investments, project due diligence, setting standard, developing best practices as well as preparing deliverables for senior management.

•Reporting to the Head of T&L, FP&A and IA and part of TL IA team with 4 other investment experts with very short reporting lines to the T&L CFO, and interacting with multiple stakeholders within T&L.
•Responsible for supporting investment projects for IC or board approval and validating business cases. T&L has implemented a new IA Practice and the candidate will play an active role in leveraging the IA Practice and develop it further.
•The role of the candidate is to work with peers across T&L IA teams, T&L FP&A, Treasury and Risk team, which requires excellent communication skills, can do attitude and a self-starter mentality. We support the decision-making process by providing value-add analysis, financial management information, deep dive analysis, and board reports.
•The senior investment advisor must an efficient and clear communicator to stakeholders and decision makers.
•You will work with all levels of our organization which requires a clear understanding of the level of quality and commitment required to meet ambitious targets and constantly improve our business and investment projects.
•The ideal candidate holds a Master degree in Finance or Economics.
•A strong understanding of finance and ‘business drivers’ is fundamental to the position, experience in due diligence and merger as well as professional finance qualification are a plus.
•You hold 4-7 years of work experience from a similar position within performance management and/or strategy consultancy, business development or equivalent.
•We expect you to have an analytical mind-set and excellent modelling skills, a self-starter attitude being able to see opportunities and invite yourself to the table.
•Good communication and stakeholder management skills being able to work with both senior management and employees in a global organization.
•Used to working independently with ability to influence multiple stakeholders through informal leadership.
•Used to working in a challenging and changing environment dealing with a lot of different tasks at the same time and managing deadlines along the way.
•The corporate language is English, so you should be fluent in oral as well as written English.
