Support data-driven marketing 

In this newly established position, you will get to influence and shape your own role in an experienced, international team of 10 within our marketing department. We use data to deliver a coherent and well-timed customer experience across channels via customer insights, behavioural trigger and personalised offers.

Bring data to life and manage data flows with direct customer impact 

In your everyday tasks, your focus will be on working with data – but your approach is business-driven. Your main responsibilities include designing and executing campaigns and managing our data flows. This entails collaborating with stakeholders within and outside our operations, including vendors and other departments within Telenor.

Alongside your team, you will be in close dialogue with the business, ensuring that campaigns are rooted in accessible data. In addition, you get the opportunity to build your insights into customer and product lifecycles and triggers, to contribute with new ideas that help shape our marketing initiatives. Doing so, you make sure we match products and campaigns with the right customers. You will also be responsible for analysing these campaigns and evaluating on campaign results with recommendations to upcoming initiatives.

Data knowledge – and most importantly, a genuine curiosity and ambitious nature 

We are not looking for candidates with a specific educational background. What is more important to us is your eagerness to develop your skills and your curiosity towards understanding how the constant rise of new technologies enable companies to deliver value through data. With your outgoing and ambitious nature, you enjoy communicating with stakeholders across different levels of the organisation. Whether you are a seasoned data professional or a newcomer to the field, we have challenges and projects that suit your level of experience.

Most importantly:

  • You have at least a few years of experience from a similar position 
  • You are experienced working with data and using data in decision making – data is a tool used to influence the business 
  • You have advanced level expertise in database languages 
  • You have knowledge of or interest in data warehouse practices, data models and architecture 
  • You understand data sharing methodologies and best practices
