Can you translate business requirements into CRM capabilities and deliveries helping Danfoss become even more customer-centric? Then join us as we are about to set off on an exciting digital journey ensuring that our global CRM platform Salesforce.com (SFDC) becomes an efficient tool for our sales force as a key initiative offering Danfoss a significant competitive advantage. You will become part of a fast-paced and high-energy team with agile and dedicated professionals set to roll out, maintain and further develop the global platform for the entire Danfoss business.  Continuous improvements translating requirements into capabilities and deliveriesAs CRM Business Consultant, you will clarify business requirements understanding the real pain points and expected outcome, thus successfully translating the business requirements into SFDC solutions. You will support our sales and service organization to maintain strong salesforce processes and facilitate our global process owner community, ensuring that we build a world-class CRM system.

More than this, you will be managing CRM Projects including: 

  • Scope management

  • Set project team and create and manage project plans

  • Stakeholder mapping, issue management and risk management

You will also be the solution owner of dedicated parts of SFDC including:

  • Manage process owner meetings

  • Manage pipeline of related change requests

  • Ensure proper testing of new functionalities (maintain up-to-date test scripts)

  • Ensure optimal User and Customer Experience

  • Ensure continuous improvement of the CRM platform and support optimisation of business processes

  • Train-the-trainer (planning, materials and execution)

CRM consultant with business acumen and strong communication skills

You have a relevant background within Business consultancy and Project Management in relation to implementation of Information Technology and some years’ experience working as a CRM business consultant in a global company with +300 Salesforce.com users.You have a proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment and a structured and proactive approach to drive and deliver activities. Great interpersonal skills are one of your strong suits, alongside your communication skills and drive to deliver high-quality results every time.
