As HR Business Partner based in Copenhagen, you will be responsible for HR matters for Transportation & Logistics IT, including the following:
First and foremost, you will support the global HR processes and lead relevant processes within the annual HR circle for your functions, for example: Performance appraisal, Employee engagement, Compensation and salary review and Talent management.
You will lead the HR business partnering for our IT population based in the Hague where you will collaborate with managers and local HR. Some travelling to the Hague will be expected.
Recruitment: You will collaborate closely with the hiring manager and recruitment partner throughout the end-to-end recruitment process. Together with the hiring manager, you will interview candidates, support him/her to make the final hiring decision and prepare the salary proposal for the successful candidates.
While we have an operations team for data entry, you will own all people data for your business areas - accuracy, completeness and availability.
You will support, learn from and spar with Senior HR Business Partners, for example on organizational changes, performance management and new ways of working.
We envision that you have an HR-related educational background at a master level or equivalent.
You can demonstrate at least 2-3 years of experience from working as a business facing HR Partner in a large or medium-sized global company.
You have experience with and a passion for recruiting.
You are comfortable working in international environments with constant change. It is an advantage to have knowledge of Dutch labor law and practices, however not a requirement.
You have a solid understanding of business dynamics and how HR can support the same.
You have good attention to detail, are able to prioritize among a variety of tasks and move projects forward in a collaborative way.
You excel at building relationships and engaging stakeholders, and have a proactive mindset and approach.
You are fluent in written and spoken English, while Danish is not required.
