You will be a part of an onshore rig team of other professional and skilled colleagues. You will be placed in the frontline of our drilling operation and have daily contact with our offshore employees.
As Personnel Coordinator you will be responsible for our offshore crew on one of our drilling rigs which is currently operating in the North Sea. The daily tasks can be anything from handling logistical challenges to dealing with personnel matters such as recruitment, payroll, HR administration and minor financial tasks. Your main task is to ensure that the rig you are responsible for is fully manned at all times, and support to managers both offshore and onshore with HR matters, policies, procedures and processes. Furthermore, you will be part of a weekly duty roster, where you have to be available on phone 24/7.
You will also be expected to go offshore as well as meet the offshore employees at the heliport a few times per year, as establishing a good relation to our employees offshore is a big part of the job. You will be their first point of contact when it comes to all HR matters and support.
A person who thrives in a hectic work place and is self-driven and result-oriented. The perfect candidate has experience with personnel coordination and logistics and enjoys operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. Furthermore, it is important that you are service-minded, but is not afraid to enforce our policies and challenge decisions, if necessary.
