Then you might be our new Advanced Quality Engineer – working proactively with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) for New Product launches.
There are more ways to this position, but it requires solid hands-on experiences with APQP tools like FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, 8D problem solving. You will be working out of Nordborg as part of the Business Unit PVG with direct report to Controls Division Quality Director. You will join New Product Development teams with indirect report to the Project ManagerQualityAs Advanced Quality Engineer for Proportional Valves (PVG), your overall goal is to secure quality throughout our New Product Development process in close cooperation with Project Office, Sales, Supplier Quality Organization, Engineering teams and Manufacturing sites.
Key tasks will be:
You have a background as a B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent with interest in Design, Manufacturing and a passion for quality, along with a strong quality mindset to meet customer expectations. In addition, you might have a Six Sigma education or similar within quality. High communication skills in written and spoken English. You are used to working in teams, and you will take a natural quality lead and stay persistent in achieving quality objectives.
