Working in the Technical Organisation, reporting directly to the Chief Technical Officer, you will be responsible for defining our future Energy Management Strategy and execute on same. You will be empowered to optimise not only how vessels consume energy, but also how energy is produced onboard in the most efficient and environmentally friendly way.
As our new Fleet Energy Efficiency Manager your main responsibilities will be:
The right candidate have both technical and analytical skills as well as excellent communications skills that can be adapted to all levels of the organisation.
You bring Project Management skills from previous work experience within a highly technical field
You have developed a strong technical profile through years of experience and preferably in the field of energy efficiency management
Proficiency in the written and spoken English language, including knowledge of vessel specific terminology, is a requirement.
You possess a take-the-lead attitude and have the ability to motivate others in support of new initiatives
