In this role, you will utilize your strong commercial and technical competences, and through a strong customer orientation, you will provide the highest level of business and technical guidance to sales teams and customers to develop key industry partnerships, gain market shares, and increase sales and gross profit for our businesses. In your role, you will build deep market insights to ensure alignment between our product portfolio and markets trends.To be a success in the role as OEM Business Manager, you excel in growing pipeline of OEM leads, developing and sustaining trustworthy customer relationships and winning share of wallet at chosen customers to sustain profitable growth. You will do this in strong cooperation with local Danfoss sales companies and the KAM organization. You become part of a team of 8 professionals. You will have reference to the Head of Market Development for Floor Heating Hydronic and Electronic Room Controls (FEC-H). Your key priorities will be to develop and execute global FEC OEM setup and strategy, identify key OEM customers for the FEC businesses, build strong network with Danfoss sales teams across segments to develop the accounts and build and execute OEM growth pipeline. The job contains both strategic direction setting and the actual selling, incl. a high degree of involvement in the strategic direction setting on how to approach and develop key accounts.

ProfileYou are energic and an expert on both products and on customers’ business plans, and you have focus on delivering necessary feedback to product management on needed product requirements. You can identify where Danfoss’ capabilities can best support the customer and use this to secure the customers’ business. Ideally, you have:
Applicants with elaborate experience with HVAC customers will be preferred. Likewise, it is also an advantage, if you have a proven track record of projects sales and implementation. On a more personal note you have a global mind-set and strong analytic and strategic skills. You have a high drive and you are persistent. As you will have many contacts both across the organization and with customers, you will need to be a team player and have good networking skills. You are structured in pipeline management and milestone follow up and enthusiastic about challenges not everyone can fulfil. Last, but not least you are fluent in written and spoken English. The preferred location for this position is Vejle, Denmark, but it could be flexible in Europe with base in another Danfoss office. As this is a global role, you must expect 50-60 travel days per year.
