Build and manage close relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Own the customers experience. Be fully responsible for the customer satisfaction, own and manage all customer activities by providing phone, email & e-commerce support. Furthermore, you should be able to evaluate and constantly strive to improve and challenge work processes for best and effective execution of tasks within our team, as well as proactively pulling reports to improve customer experience, including root cause analysis.
In addition, you should contribute to maintain a high level of engagement with our Global Service Center in order to effectively handle our customers.
