As a PMO Officer you are part of our OPS PMO team, responsible for optimizing project management support and execution, with specific focus on running and improving our community of project professionals, through training and events.
You will be a source of guidance and advice for project managers on processes, tools, methodologies.
You will facilitate collaboration and drive a continuous improvement approach to learning.
• Increase the capabilities of project managers and other key project professionals by organizing relevant high quality trainings, both run internally (i.e. soft skills) and from external vendors (official certifications: Prince 2, MSP, Agile)
• Drive and develop a strong project community to facilitate engagement, collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Ensure efficient guidance and support to projects on a number of project management aspects (governance, planning, stakeholder engagement, etc.)
