After being fully trained as Production Optimizer and having acquired the necessary skills and competences, you will have several career paths like other supervisory positions e.g. Technical Supervisor or onshore positions at a higher level, both in Denmark and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

The Production Optimizer is a 24/7 role, situated in the Onshore Operations Center.
The key responsibilities are:

• Monitor production performance and provide optimization support to offshore to maximize production efficiency during normal operation.
• Identify abnormal operating conditions and rectify in collaboration with offshore
• Immediate support to offshore installation during upset conditions
• Gas nomination
• Daily production reporting
• Morning call with supervisors on all platforms (0615 call to all platforms)
• Act as point of contact for offshore outside normal office hours (Duty phone line)
As Production optimizer you work in 8 hour shifts as a part of a team of 6 covering 24 hours per day, 7 days per week in a fixed 5 week rotation.

Who we are looking for

? You most probably hold an educational background as marine engineer or other relevant engineering degree, managerial experience is a plus.
? The ideal candidate comes with offshore experience.
? Alternatively, you have experience from maritime duty, a power station, a control room operation related to technical process, or a similar relevant position that combines practical and theoretical tasks.

You are characterised by a high drive, good administrative, coordination and interpersonal skills as well as a proactive and forward-looking approach. You do also show attention to detail and have a good judgement skill in prioritizing.

You keep calm in all situations, and at the same time have the ability to keep the greater view of operations.

Good IT skills as well as proficiency in English are prerequisites.
