This complex, high-exposure role will allow you to visibly impact financial controlling in the APMM, as you will execute the strategy on financial controlling through your own organisation and globally. Developing, adapting and executing targets and process improvements for financial controlling is likewise part of the role as well as supporting and validating of major transactions.

The preferred candidate will hold a relevant academic degree in finance, e.g. being a Certified Public Accountant or having a Master’s degree in accounting or auditing (e.g.cand.merc.aud. or equivalent).
It is expected that the candidate has more than 6 years of applicable experience, including a proven record of people leadership in a large international organisation.
You are an ambitious, goal-oriented problem solver. You take ownership of your assignments and independently achieve results, while also being a driving force and able to engage the team. Your working style is collaborative with a skill of influencing and aligning your stakeholders. You are comfortable with ambiguity, have a qualified opinion and are able to credibly voice it in any setting. You enjoy having a good laugh at work.
Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement.
