Our Business Finance Customer team acts as the financial sparring partners to the senior managers in Commercial covering Global Sales, Customer Experience and Marketing & Business Development.
Business Finance Customer team is a new constellation and will work with the business to consider customer profitability and attractiveness as well as working on how to ensure set up to give our customers a good experience.
As a Senior Analyst in the team you will work with the team-lead and your colleagues towards the internal stakeholders and you will be assigned a senior leader to whom you will act as Finance Business Partner.
You will hence work as a ‘mini CFO’ and sparring partner for leader and his/her team as well as work with the rest of the Business Finance team in are shared and learnings embedded E2E.
You will support the decision making process by providing financial management information, analysis, performance management reporting and financial planning.
The role of the Senior Analyst is to work with the business stakeholders to understand their needs, design and develop existing/new reports with clear business insights – but also in shaping the business decisions through data-based analysis and decision making. Being analysis is a key component of the strong performer in this role.
Through close interaction with relevant business stakeholders the candidate will perform of performance and trends and influence and impact appropriate actions to ensure financial objectives are maximized.
The ideal candidate holds a Master degree in Finance or Economics combined with 5+ years of work experience from a similar position within Business Performance Management, Business Development or equivalent.
We expect you to have an 'analytic mindset' - being able to zoom in on the relevant details, without losing sight of the big picture.
You have proven experience of working well under pressure and you possess the ability to deal with negative emotions during acquisitions showing empathy whilst driving forward with all required actions.
