Set the stage for an exceptional customer experience

As a M•A•C retail manager, you lead and manage your own counter. Collaborating with our training team, you make sure that your employees keep growing their skills. You coach and guide, helping our creative artists reach their full potential. Doing so, you set the tone and shape a culture that allows them to give all our customers the unique makeup experience, we are known for.

Together we set clear goals

Simultaneously, you manage everything from inventory and personnel scheduling to goals, budgets and reports. Beforehand, we will provide you with a thorough introduction to our values and business, giving you the very best starting point for making your store a success. Throughout the year, you meet up with fellow retail managers to go over strategies, sharing challenges and inspiration.

Competent and inspiring leader

You will be leading a concept with a distinct and strong DNA. You do not need to have worked as a makeup artist, but it is a definite plus, if you know our brand and are passionate about our industry. In addition:

  • You are a talented leader with a pronounced action gene and the ability to keep an overview
  • Experience working within a brand specific framework and with a well-established concept is a great advantage – and you definitely have solid experience with sales, service and staff management
  • It is important that you have a strong drive and insight into the everyday management of your own store
  • You speak and write Swedish and English fluently

On a personal level, you are always open to self-development, receiving feedback and considering new approaches. Just as you help your artists develop, you are ready to take advice from others.
