To make this happen, you must build and use a wide network within the Danfoss segments, Cooling sales & marketing teams and Danfoss Sales Program (DSP).Your key tasks will include
  • Managing My Pipeline global project and conduct coaching sessions together with the sales teams
  • Gathering all inputs from regions with regards with my pipeline dashboard, challenges from the business side to have meaningful dialogues 
  • Initiating discussions with regional sales leaders on status and gaps regarding the project
  • Owning the account planning process in Cooling (specification, implementation in Salesforce.com , roll out to the sales organization, changes, supported by the regional SOP team) 
  • Setting up and owning the contract management process in Cooling (specification, implementation in Salesforce.com, roll out to the sales organization, changes, supported by the regional SOP team)
  • Challenging, coaching and developing sales teams to use best practice sales processes and tools
Sales experience with outstanding communication/ coaching skills
  • Degree within Sales & Marketing at minimum bachelor's level. This is backed by a minimum of 5 years' working experience within sales or sales excellence
  • In-depth understanding of processes within sales and marketing including sales models like Key Account Management and OEM sales
  • Sound experience of process improvement and transformation projects
  • Experience in planning and facilitating training activities and how to handle project management focusing on budgets, timelines and coordination
  • You have designed and applied coaching concepts with the sales team/ other stakeholders
You are known to be an outgoing person with strong communication skills enabling you to cooperate with stakeholders in an international setup spanning various cultures. You thrive on having many things in motion at the same time and are driven by a natural curiosity to find the best possible solutions. Also, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and gain hands-on experience to see your tasks through.
