Maersk Line is running a portfolio of online channel pilots and these pilots are run on several different platforms, e.g. the Chinese homepage Alibaba.
To achieve the greatest possible effect from these pilots, leverage learnings and grow, there is a need to consult the pilot teams as well as the Steering Committee.
This role is positioned in between the senior stakeholders that set the high level direction, the teams that run the pilots and the support functions that develop the capability to scale these projects beyond pilots.

Articulate and evolve the online platform execution strategy
Drive alignment across the concerned stakeholders, including Vice Presidents of Revenue Management, Trade and Marketing as well as the pilot project teams
Run fortnightly Steering Committee meetings
Agree test plans with involved pilots, consolidate and leverage learnings
Represent and support the pilots in the HQ relative impacted stakeholders, such as Trade Managers, Customer Service and Business Development
Set and follow up on growth metrics. Drive corrective actions in terms of attraction and retention together with pilots to increase growth and learning
Leverage the expertise knowledge in the HQ to the benefit of the projects, e.g. in regards to revenue optimization and customer insights.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background within consulting or strategy work with focus on digital transformation and experience of customer centric and agile development is a plus.
You are passionate about driving change, working in a structured way with a close eye to details and you are persistent and rational, putting facts before speculation.
You are able to quickly establish a network and prove yourself as credible and respected throughout the organization and you are able to work with multiple stakeholders and cultures, and interact with people of all functions and at all levels – across and upwards in the organization.
You are a strong communicator and storyteller with excellent leadership skills, including coaching, and relationship builder. You are good at sorting out ambiguity and making the complicated easy to understand.
