The Manning Team in Maersk Drilling is looking for a dedicated and professional person who is driven by the opportunity to provide administrative HR support to the organization and the team.
The Manning Team provides operational HR support and advice to leaders and our offshore organization in order to support our accelerated growth strategy. Being part of the team you will gain insight to the drilling industry and Maersk Drilling's HR organization.

You will be responsible for various day-to-day HR administrative tasks as well as ad hoc queries related to our offshore crew.
Your tasks include:
Assisting Manning Specialists and offshore employees with ad hoc queries
Administration of various payroll related tasks
Administration of personnel data and other data in our HR systems
Administration of invoices
Scanning, administration and e-filing of various documents
Generating and printing hard copy letters
Assist with job offers and contracts
A competent, service minded and energetic individual who thrives in a fast paced international environment.
As a person you are generally helpful and enjoy supporting your colleagues in a changing environment with both ad hoc and repetitive assignments. You are attentive to details and have a structured approach to your work tasks. You are competent working in Excel and have a flair for numbers.
To apply for this position, you must hold a valid Danish work- and residence permit. Proficiency in Danish is not a prerequisite.
Candidates with SAP HR knowledge and/or experience from administrative, bookkeeper or secretarial jobs are preferred.
